Article 1 Terms of Use.
1.1 The hirer is liable for all damages made to the rented equipment between the time of construction or delivery / pick up the material and the time of the break removal / return of the material. Injury is directly or post to the tenant will be charged. This also applies to loss.
1.2 The tenant rented materials are clean, dry and in good condition and are also delivered.
1.3 Cleaning and repairs to the rented equipment to the hirer will be charged.

Article 2 Obligations tenant.

Article 3 Insurance.
3.1 The tenant bears the full risk and responsibility of the rented material during the time that it available to the tenant is given. Tenant will provide the materials necessary insured against damage including loss, theft, damage, mollest, vandalism or due to fire.

Article 4 Liability.
4.1 For damages to the tenant or third parties, and damage to movable and immovable property, directly or indirectly arising from the use of the rented materials, Flycamp.eu not liable. Article 5 Payments.
5.1 The tenant must be 30% of the total rent to pay, and the entire rental amount 4 weeks before booking date to be met.

Article 6 Cancellation.
6.1 Cancellation of the agreement by the tenant, the compensation payable to landlord in accordance with the following scheme:
-40% Of the rent if cancellation made 1 month or longer for the beginning of the rental period.
-60% Of the rent if cancellation occurs within 1 month and 1 week before the start of the rental period.
-80% Of the rent if cancellation occurs within 1 week before the start of the rental period.
6.2 The lessee is bound to his fee for cancellation within 3 days after cancellation requirements, failing which Flycamp.eu entitled breach of lease claim.

Article 7 Obligations tenant.

Article 8 Weather influences.

Force Majeure Article 9.
9.1 If during the execution of the agreement shows that full and proper performance of the agreement is not possible due to circumstances outside the influence of one of the parties, the parties have the right to amend the agreement.

Article 10 Amendments.

Article 11 Disputes and applicable law.
